- All people and children above the age of 2 years must have a ticket to enter.
- Photography is allowed during the show but make sure to turn off your phone’s flashlight beforehand. Flashlights and laser pointers are strictly prohibited.
- In case a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, a new performance will be scheduled and a ticket voucher will be provided.
- Audience who is coming to collect their ticket at the counter, must present their Credit Card from which the purchase was made as well as a valid Photo ID proof for identification purposes
